Things have taken a turn for the worse and the medical interventions for Jackson are incredibly intense and serious. He is on a ventilator for breathing and is believed to have sepsis and be in septic shock. His liver is enlarged and causing pressure on other organs, including the lungs and kidneys. He has stabilized for now and avoided an emergency bedside surgery. It is all tremendously scary. Hopefully each hour is a little better than the prior.
