Santa Claus brought Jackson a new swing for Christmas and the weather finally warmed up enough for us to get it out. It’s difficult to find equipment that will work for Jackson so we were super excited when Santa delivered this swing, which is actually a swing for typical kids that can be found at Sam’s Club.

Luca is a big fan of the swing too.

This swing replaces Jackson’s old swing, which he outgrew. The picture below was taken about one year ago.

I would like to thank anyone who donated an old forward-facing car seat to us. We have used all of them over the years for various projects, including a swing, floor sitter and pool chair.

On another note, the table (on which Jackson is laying in the picture below) accidentally knocked out Jackson’s other front tooth today while he was getting a haircut. The tooth was loose but not quite ready to come out…until it met the hard tabletop.

So far, so good. Two teeth have come out, we recovered both of them and no teeth have been aspirated. Fingers crossed the Tooth Fairy comes tonight.
